She completed her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Media & Public Affairs from IU. She is joining us from the Gastroenterology/Hepatology Division. Kami enjoys photography and comedy. |

Taryn M. Howard is joining the Indiana University Department of pathology & Laboratory Medicine as an Administrative Coordinator. She is joining us from the Methodist Surgery scheduling. Taryn enjoys traveling and fashion. |

Sandy Balint is joining the University (IU) Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine as an Executive Administrative Assistant and will directly support Manwaring Professor and Department Chair, Dr. Michael D. Feldman, MD, PhD. Sandy completed dual degrees in Psychology and Spanish, earning her Bachelor of Arts from Ball State University. Sandy is joining us with over fifteen years of professional experience in Human Resources and transitioned her focus and talent into creating a Spanish Learning Program for Elementary and Middle-School students. Sandy pivoted from teaching Spanish and led as School ESL Coordinator and an ESL Instructor teaching English to children. She is joining us from IUPUI where she was Administrative Supervisor and HR Coordinator with the IU Schoolof Liberal Arts. Since her start on January 17, 2023, Sandy is excited to share her positive and uplifting energy with everyone she meets in Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine. |
