Application Instructions

Applications for the Emergency Medicine Clinical Operations and Administration Fellowship program are accepted from July 1st through December 1st.  Interviews are held from August 1st through December 15th. Candidates are accepted on a rolling basis, thus early application is strongly encouraged.  Applicants must be on track to complete an ACGME Emergency Medicine residency prior to the start of the fellowship academic year. Applicants must submit the following for interview consideration:
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Letter of Interest (1-2 page maximum)
  • Letter of Recommendation from Department Chair
  • Letter of Recommendation from Residency/Fellowship Director
