Clinical Experience in Diagnostic Imaging Physics
The Diagnostic Imaging Physics team at Indiana University School of Medicine serves six metropolitan hospitals and more than ten outpatient clinics with 400+ imaging equipment including DR, IR, Mammography, CT & Spectral CT, MRI, PET, MRI-PET, PET-CT, SPECT, SPECT-CT and Ultrasound. The program has grown continuously since its inauguration in 2014. First-year residents work under the program faculty’s supervision in clinical tasks. A major goal during the second year of residency is to develop independent thinking and confidence to function as an independent practitioner.
